Our Pricing
We believe in honest, upfront pricing. Rates are based on the volume your items take up in our trailer. Every job includes loading, hauling, cleanup and disposal. There are no surprise fees—ever.
Volume Pricing
⅛ Load
Great for one or two items like a single mattress, TV or small pile of junk. Minimum charge applies.
¼ Load
Equivalent to a pickup bed. Ideal for small room cleanouts, yard debris or a couple of bulky pieces.
½ Load
Half of our 15‑cubic‑yard trailer. Good for garage cleanouts or multiple large items.
¾ Load
Perfect when you’re renovating or clearing several rooms. We’ll haul away most of your clutter.
Full Load
Up to 15 cubic yards. Best value for estate cleanouts, hoarding situations and construction debris.

Single Item Pricing
Sometimes you only have one thing to get rid of. The following are typical starting prices for common items. Prices may vary depending on size, weight and difficulty of removal.
Mattress
Additional fees may apply for king‑size mattresses or if up/down stairs.
Sofa
Includes removal of couches, loveseats, recliners and sectionals.
Appliance
Fridges, washers, dryers, freezers and similar appliances.
Hot Tub
Includes cutting the unit into sections and proper disposal. Does not include water draining.
No Hidden Fees
Your quote covers labor, hauling, disposal and basic cleanup. We do charge additional fees for certain situations—such as hauling extremely heavy materials (like concrete), hazardous waste (which we cannot accept) or distance outside our normal service area—but we'll always discuss these with you before work begins.
